Is it not the case that to tell a joke..ie english irishand an scotish man is no more racist than telling a joke about some one who is black why is it that when it becomes about ie black.every one gets paranoid

    All jokes about white men are "OK", but jokes about other ethnic groups or "colors" can only be told by members of that group. That's just the way it is. Individuals of every race can be "bigots" but only white men are ever accused of it. This is nonsense, of course, but it will probably never change.
