All jokes about white men are "OK", but jokes about other ethnic groups or "colors" can only be told by members of that group. That's just the way it is. Individuals of every race can be "bigots" but only white men are ever accused of it. This is nonsense, of course, but it will probably never change.
If I fail an IQ test, paternity test, personality test, and blood test all in the same week, does that mean I'm really stupid?
