I have a friend with giant bunions on his feet, we were at a beach party the first time I saw it and asked what the heck is that? an extra toe? our buddies all laughed and his nickname from then on was six toes!

My grandma was bornb w/ 6 fingers on one hand, 2 thumbs. One was removed & you'd never know it looking @ her hand today.

Not a person... but I used to have this crazy cat that had 6 claws on 3 paws and the 4th had 7. The same cat also had a blue eye and a yellow eye! And he had a Z-shaped kink in his tail. So I named him "Kinky". I loved that cat!!!!
