God has a sense of humor? I guess the closest thing I can think of is the fact that he sent the flood to rid the world of the evil that resulted from human nature. He then promised never to do it again because...well...humans are born evil. Oops! Also amusing is the story of the tower of Babel. Human beings began working together to build a tall tower (tall for the day anyway...and likely no more than a couple hundred feet at most). God was worried that by working together and doing this, human beings may become too powerful...and would build the tower high enough to reach God. Interesting how little god knew about the laws of gravity and the load capacity of building materials (especially seeing as he created them). To keep them from doing this, he confused their language causing them to scatter off into tribes. With the Burj Dubai and the upcoming Chicago spire God must be terrified!

Well, apparently jesus' last words weren't "it is finished" but "Bugger me! I knew there was a rumour my mum got nailed by a roman legionary - but I never thought I would be!" When they all laughed he said something like "I'll be here all week..."

I'm just handing out points cause we all "need" them, especially if we are addicted to AB. Sitting here on a beautiful Sunday afternoon with gorgeous sunshine and Im inside on AB. I must be nuts. As to the question, I think God is on His game, doesn't do anything ridiculous, but lots of things fun and we will most appreciate His wisdom in all this should/when we are in Heaven. Ok points for all!!
