It's lowered the bar for all of us. Yes, anyone can become "famous" now. Reality TV, which is really anything but, has pandered to the lowest common denominator. It's cheap, processed, inauthentic and without great intelligence. It's the chicken McNuggets of the broadcasting industry, in my opinion.

Yes, I no longer watch reality television and most of what is passing for talent these days have a lower IQ and entertainment value than the pot of geraniums that sit in my porch.

I think the "Hollywood Walk of Fame" has granted people stars there that don't quite yet deserve them. Probably a lot that could fade by the time they are in their 40s

Calling asses who are dying for attention and will do anything to get it famous, is true. Are they celbrities? No, they are notorious. That is the difference.

Too bad for them that no matter how much hype is made, they won't be remembered any longer than a couple years.
