As long as I was married, I would turn the offer down. If I was single, I might but it would depend on the person making the offer. Sex is not something I can just turn on and off. If there is nothing behind it just ain't gonna happen. As answered in another question "No erection without connection"

I think I would do it just once for the novelty factor, as long as she looked reasonably clean and healthy and normal. But frankly, any woman who wants sex can just walk into any nightclub, pick up almost any guy there (except one with a gf on his arm), and take him home. There's no reason why a woman would ever need to pay for sex.
