They say there is. Have somebody watch you when you get up out of a chair. The foot you step on first the most often is your favored foot and thus you are either left footed or right footed. That's about it, though.

G'day formerly known as Clueless Ned, Thank you for your question. Yes, there is. It is most apparent in various codes of football where kickers use either their right or left feet. Surfers lead with either their left or right feet with surfers who lead from their left being known as goofyfooters. Regards

Well yeah. If you skateboard or snowboard or surf then you'll figure out which one you are. People usually lead with their left foot (which is called 'regular'). But leading with the right isn't uncommon (but it's called 'goofy.')
