I used to be so active, riding my bike, running, swimming, hiking etc. and about a year ago I just lost all motivation and my body got super tired. What the heck happened to me? I'm only in my early twenties and I still want to be active!

Is it possible you're suffering from depression? That can do it. Strangely enough, one of the simplest cures for depression is being physically active like you used to be. You just gotta think of it as taking medicine. Good luck. -
