I like this really cute shy guy, and I'm shy too. I think he likes me, but I have no idea how to talk to him. Any suggestions?

Of course you just don't want to spring upon him, and thus I suggest that you two get to know each other. Take slow steps, because as Christie Mcauliffe said: "Haste makes waste".

Get comfortable just to make sure that you are not filled with infatuation, and if not, then it would be ok to take it a bit further!

Enlist help. Have some of your more outgoing friends set something up with him and his less shy friends. Sometimes going out as a group can take the strain off of coming up with something to talk about, while still allowing you to get to know one another better.

Pick a fun activity (bowling, putt putt golf, roller skating, laser tag, etc.) that gives you something fun to talk about over ice cream afterwards!

talk to him about general topics like "did you watch...last night!!"get in a conversation with him...get those nerves away :)...oohhh you sound cute:)...good luck
