Do you have any evidence whatsoever to back this claim? Because low flow toilets have been mandated for decades. . I mean, yeah, Obama is the Antichrist, and wants to instantly turn Americans into One World Order commies. He is following me constantly with black helicopters no one else can see plus he secretly kicks puppies when no one's looking. I vote Republican so I get all this. . But even I am having a hard time believing that he is spearheading a nefarious liberal eco-plot make us have to bury our own shit.

What's your point here? H.R. 776 (the Comprehensive National Energy Policy Act) went into effect in 1995, under a Republican controlled Congress and Senate, at least where it concerns your topic. (104th Congress, 95-97) Granted, the bill was generated with overwhelming Democratic support in the 102nd Congress (in 1991), and presumably pushed through likewise and later took effect in 1992. Obama wasn't even a Senator until 1997. And THAT was as a Senator in the Illinois State Senate...he wasn't elected to the US Senate until 2004. That's 9 years AFTER 1995, and 12 years after 1992, where H.R. 776 went into effect. In fact, Obama had just graduated with a Juris Doctor in law from Harvard in 1991. So, other than his time as a US Senator from 2004 to 2008, when would he have had ANYTHING to do with H.R. 776? And furthermore, let's look at Congress from 1995 on: 104th (95-97) Republican majority both Senate and House 105th (97-99) Republican majority both Senate and House 106th (99-01) Republican majority both Senate and House 107th (01-03) Democrat/Republican Senate and Republican House (NOTE: Senate was split 50-50 when Congress began: Because the VP's tiebreaking vote would change controll from Democrates to Republicans on 1/20, the Senate elected Byrd to serve until noon and Thurman to serve from noon on Control changed again later when a Republican left the Party and Byrd was elected President pro tempre) 108th (03-05) Republican majority both Senate and House 109th (05-07) Republican majority both Senate and House 104th (07-09) Republican majority both Senate and House So it seems to me that the people who actually MAKE, AMEND, and PASS the laws had PLENTY of time to change R.R 776 if they wanted to. And the control of BOTH the House AND the Senate have been....let's see now...REPUBLICAN! And for 8 years of that time, we had a REPUBLICAN President, as well. Don't get me wrong here...my political stance couldn't be considered Democratic by any stretch of the imagination, nor was Obama my personal pick at voting time. But if you're gonna choose something to rant and rave about, you need something that will...er..."hold water" a little better than this. http://thomas.loc.gov/cgi-bin/bdquery/z?d102:h.r.00776: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/107th_United_States_Congress

Government control of toilet water came under the Clinton administration. But I'm non-partisan; I seem to recall that the Republicans had a majority in at least one house. . Both parties are guilty.

If Obama wants to take away my 5 gallon toilet he can pry it from my cold, dead hands.
