Would you ever have an exclusively "Secret Santa" style Christmas with your family? If so, why and if not why not?

I wouldn't do it because there is such a vast age discrepancy among my family. Explaining what a Secret Santa is would take up too much of my time. The toddlers would get all confused about discerning the Secret Santa from their real Santa.
