No each one of the parking tickets I was forced to pay I was wrongfully parked. One time I did get a parking ticket and I was rightfully parked but I challenged it and they threw it out. (That was at college though)

My husband has...we are fighting with everything we have to exonerate him but like so many of the cases where men are falsely convicted, its a he said/ she said situation. Amazing that a man who has never had more than a parking ticket in his life can be ruined by some vicious vengeful witch all because he chose to end his relationship with her. It's not just the system, some of the people that work within the system are lazy or simply content to convict someone, anyone, as long as they can put another notch on their belts. Many times they know that the person they are sending away didnt do it, but its not about what really happened, its about what you can sell to a jury. It's pathetic, its disgusting and its beyond sinful.
