just look around. you can usually spot the good from the bad.

The pregnancy tips and relationship advice answers are particularly well appreciated I understand.

That would depend on each individual, wouldn't it? More often than not, people look at AB Q&A as an opportunity to vent or express an opinion. They're not really looking for help at all. But you can't discount the tons of useful advice here. Whether anyone takes advantage of it is anyone's guess.
