1. Rest it. No talking, especially on the phone. 2. Tea with lemon. Try "Throat Coat" tea. 3. Chloroseptic or another throat soother as a LAST resort.

I'm with Wide Awake. Though I suggest more specifically warm water with lemon, or a lemon tea. No milk in the tea.

Rest your throat, like many said lemon tea with honey...that will help soothe your throat...
