I understand how you feel and listen chin up and hang in there as things are getting better, try and think positive and the outcome will be positive.

Slow down. Take one day at a time. Don't think too much about tomorrow. Talk to someone--pastor, counselor, friend--about all this. Remember for every bad day, there is a least one great day. Problem is, we often stop looking for the good days and concentrate on the bad. You need to break that cycle. Tell me, what was 1 good thing that happened yesterday?

Find something you enjoy and go after it. I used to own my own business and made a lot of money, six figure income. I was miserable and hated it. I felt the same way as you do. I sold the business and started training horses for a living and literally make 1/10th of what I used to make monetarily. I am 1000 times happier though. You must have some interests, Pursue them. That's my advice and you can take it for what you paid for it :)

try not thinking too much about the past or the future just enjoy the moment you have right now. If you feel you have nothing at all to be grateful for go for a walk and look at nature and see how you feel. Treat yourself well and if you still feel a bit useless in this world (which you are not) make yourself useful by maybe helping someone else who feels as bad as you, do some volunteer work and you will realize what a difference you can make. Nothing ever stays the same. You just never know whats around the corner so just have some faith and I know things will fall into place for you.

I am 49 and I don't know what I am to do with my life...and I find that exciting. Each day is a new adventure and I feel like I am on a safari.....wild animals all around and I make it another day......amazing. Not everyday is how I want it to work out, but I can start again the next.....don't keep yourself down about it...and yes it is you who has the power!!!!
