  • mood is a reaction to an emotion, we tend to be addicted to emotions in our lives, the coffey in the morning. we do things to create high and lows in our life. if things go too well we sabotage ourselves and our desires. remember nothing is as it seems, therfore do not judge those things. understand that you are perfect with all the experiences you have aquired, you are god enough. choose the goals you wish to attain and act uppon them to realise them . most of all do not lust for things out of your reach, as lust will devour you from within.
  • put your self on a schedule. go to bed after an hour without internet or television. get up and go for a walk. eat regular. drink plenty of water. limit your internet. and take up a new hobby. roller blading.
