You're confusing the two. Dainty could be mean small but not less than a man. Men come in four or more sizes, sm,med,lg and xlg. If you happen to be gay you can be any of the four sizes. A nice guy is empathetic and courteous toward others. You know the saying, "Do unto others as you would have others do unto you" but does not mean he is a push over. If you ask women which they prefer, a nice guy or an a**hole, you would be surprised that the majority would choose the nice guy.
