  • What do you mean by "your spot"? Is he parking in your garage or driveway, or in front of them?
  • It sounds like you live in an apartment with your own spaces! if so then part of your rent covers your space and the super/ landlord should step in and tell him or get it towed away! or you could just ram a potato up is tail pipe!! maybe he well get the hint once he starts the engine :) Try the landlord fist~
  • if you pay for 'your' spot, have them towed if it is general parking your screwed
