  • 32 ounces does it for me. Yes I get the jitters and feel like I'm on speed. The last time I drank that much I happened to be driving. I was so tempted to do power slides (like in drifting) around corners and drive like I'm on a slalom course that I had to keep an eye on the speedometer.
  • Here is what I order at the local coffee shop: Large dark roast, 2 shots espresso, 2 squirts hazelnut syrup, cream and sugar. It has me pleasantly awake. Well, unless I am tired, then I need quite a bit more to do the job.
  • As near as I can tell, I am immune to the stimulative effects of caffeine. However, if I ingest it on a regular basis (usually in caffeinated sodas), I do get physically addicted to it and suffer the horrid withdrawal headaches. In short, I can drink an arbitrary amount of coffee and NEVER get 'wired' or jittery. . . .
  • 3 big mugs and then i sure can feel it. anymore than that and i'm just a chatterbox. not a regular coffee drinker. red soft drink does the same, makes me a little bit more... chirpy.
