    Either with a small rotary saw or a drill.

    Bone saws and drills. They usually will drill a hole and go in that way. My friend Kyle had the whole top of his head opened to get to a tumor. Wow.

    Well, I don't think they crack it like an egg. I believe they drill an opening into the skull.
