She could and probably will be pregnant by both. You are going to have a mixed litter of pups.

Unfortunately, she can now be pregnant by BOTH dogs. This was how my best Therapy Dog came to be. It was an accident all around. The owners of the Bitch had a fenced in yard (Trailer park in Palm Springs). They were not SURE she was in heat and had put her into the fenced in yard for the day, while at work. Babe looked like a slightly narrow, too tall, black lab, she was a mutt. They came home to Babe and TWO DIFFERENT MALES in their fenced in yard. One a pure-bred GSD, the other a pure-bred Golden Retriever. Babe had nine puppies. Two looked like perfect little GSD dogs, and two looked mostly like Golden Retrievers. The rest were black puppies like their Mama, some with her short hair, and some with long (like a Golden R.) hair, but black. Bossco grew up to look like a too big Flat-coated Retriever, black, long hair. If this was an exceptionally planned out breeding, you will probably want to speak with your VET asap, to consider aborting if she is pregnant.
