Theres this girl i like who one day acts like she likes me, and then the next day she thinks of as only a friend. She tells me about other guys shes flirted with and what she did, a cant tell if she tells me this as a friend or si making me jealous

Say, I would love to go out with you if you are interested. Then you will know for sure. Sounds like she likes you though, that's how I acted around my crush for years, it wasn't until I was proposed to by another man that he confessed that he loved me. By that time it was to late I was already in love with someone else. She isn't going to wait around for you. Go for it. At least you will know and you can date or move on to your next crush. You will not lose her as a friend. If she says no, just say "Good to know, do you think I should ask out... so and so." Then she wont feel awkward cause she'll know your going to move on.

She's playing hard to get cause she filling insecure Its a huge turn off for me when girls do that. go to her and ask her out (WITHOUT mind games) if she continued playing, move on.
