What's the most bizarre or exotic meat that you've eaten? For me it's snails.

we've caught/shot/prepared and eaten: lake trout venison (deer meat) wild turkey squirrel rabbit bear elk moose crab pheasant sea bass turtle (this i cooked but didn't eat) and i've had calamari in a restaurant in alaska (that's octopus)

Snails, frogs, snake, venison, elk, raccoon, turtle, emu, ostrich, things like that

goat and alligator too. though those are not SUPER exotic, many people haven't eaten them
