The exact step to be taken is just to report the trolling to a CL. They have access to information about who did the downrates. They will have a chat with the troll and make them understand. It is one of the duties of community leaders. Here is the list of community leaders and their email addresses as on date. You could contact anyone of them, munchkin.

There were 5 community leaders earlier. Mrs. Cleaver quit as she could not take the pressure.
As for the pressure you have seen what BigDaddy had to go through when I reported those two threads which ware being attacked by one Anonymous user!
Discussion between BigDaddy and the offending member was continuing in another thread when I last looked.
A very unenviable thankless job, a community leader's!

I could not find a single downrate in the 5 pages of ratings. The oldest available rating is only 15 hours old. I am sorry, munchkin. There is nothing I can do to correct the ratings.

Yes Suby that was a joke that night. I dont know if you saw all of it but he was on at least three threads. I felt so bad for him. And I got tired of being chased around. What a joke and one to not even try to figure out the "brain of that one." lol

He was claiming that he was doing a psycho-analysis of all members on the threads. He seemed to be sure that there was something wrong with all of us. BigDaddy was persuading him to give up the effort or stop posting his results in the AB or he will be banned.
I think I know who this Anon was. He is an old ABer we all know well enough. Moonchild had the same suspicion.
Anyway better let it go and enjoy ABing within our friend's circle. We don't want anymore Anons playing spoil sport.

It was not a downrate it was another insulting answer! Thanks for the advice everybody! I think I will just ignore it from now on because she is doing to others as well. She opens an account with several different names and when I look at her profile she is always just a beginner then she insults or abuses and leaves then comes back and does it all over again. I just feel like I am bothering you good people so I won't bring this up again.
