You will have to ask your local ministers of either faith. Most places Orthodoxy and Catholocism have good relations and acknowledge each others faith and rituals in ecumenical harmony. But some places relations are tense, and rules are more restrictively interpreted.

Conversion is not necessary. In fact, there is no reason not to have a mixed ceremony in the Roman Catholic church, if the pastor of the church you are getting married in agrees and your Orthodox pastor is willing to attend and bless the wedding. Therefore, it depends mostly on how flexible both pastors are. If you want a full double ceremony, your best bet is to find a Jesuit RC priest and a Orthodox Church of America or Greek Orthodox priest. Those are the most liberal groups, and would be most likely to participate in an inter-faith service. On the other hand, some Russian Orthodox priests can be stubborn about this, especially the more "traditional" types. Your Orthodox pastor may even shun you for getting married outside of the church, but either ignore him, or find another parish to worship as you wish. It's his problem. Don't make it yours.
