What do you do when you get sales calls?

Let the answering machine pick it up. It makes it easier to screen the calls.

I don't. My local Phone company Blocks them for me.

I listen to them for about two minutes and then interrupt and say I am not interested.

I usually let the machine get the calls. But if I am home and the machine is off. I just answer and listen and say no thanks and hang up!

i say "i'm busy at the moment, just give me your home # and i'll call you back " --- if they dont want to ,i say ---"why ,,,, you don't like getting bugged at home" ;-)

If it's from a business that I do business with, then I say, "No thanks, goodbye", and hang up. If it's from one that I don't do business with, then I report them to the National Do Not Call Registry.

I say, " Thanks, but I am not interested, have a nice day" and I hang up.
