Yes but if they are on different levels make sure you switch them half way through baking and rotate them 180 degrees so they will bake evenly:) good luck..

Depends on the kind of cookies. Most can be baked at the same time if you can fit both baking sheets on the same shelf. If they would have to be staggered on upper and lower shelves, most cookies cook too fast for you to switch them out half way through baking time.

I think they can. What you need to worry about is cooking time of trays on different levels of the oven.
-
Yes, but one batch would bake faster than the other. (if they're on top and bottom racks)

Yes, but you have to be careful about burning the bottom of the bottom tray and the top of the top tray. I usually use two different types of cookie sheets. I use a regular one on the top shelf and an air-foil insulated sheet on the bottom.

it should be, just have to make sure you check the ones on the bottom rack a little sooner i think, or was it the top.... lol, but i ususally bake 2cookie trays at the same time. +4

Yes, but I'd recommend doing one at a time. Just think, if you accidently bake them too long only one batch is ruined instead of two.

You may have to bake a few extra minutes.
