It is legal if prescribed by a doctor in 13 states. It is pending in 14 others. Our Prez would like to see it made so. Until then, if it isn't legal in your state, not much you can do and still be legal.

I don't know of any places that are selling "herbal smoke" kits for growing in you home. But I know you can go to places like http://www.herbal-smoke-shop.com/ and actually get pot alternatives.

I do not smoke pot and have never tried illegal drugs, of any kind. I have no problem with people who grow pot for their own personal use at home.
I do have a problem with business selling pot right next to regular cigarettes.
Unfortunately, the Federal Government does not agree with me. So, until they do, there is nothing you can "legally" do.
