Do you give more respect to people who have a higher rank an AB than people with lower rank? why or why not?

I given respect when it is earned.

Rank is a number. A number reveals little about the person behind it. I take into consideration what they say and write. To be frank, I don't even look at the rank most times.

Not really, because people on the lower levels may be just as involved, but are working their way up! I really look more to the quality of questions/answers than the quantity.

It's their questions and answers that earn my respect.

i respect everyone until it is lost. i will say some have earned a higher level of respect from me based on their wisdom. i also have lost respect for some that i used to have. +5

No, I don't. That being said, a higher ranking means that there is a much better chance I have gotten to know the person's personality. In those cases, it is perfectly reasonable to tailor my approach in the way that garners productive/positive results. With the new members, I do not have the benefit of knowing them very well. +5

I try to treat everyone with the same respect. Just a few months ago I was a level 1. I do remember where I came from and will try to treat everyone with the same respect Im given. If I dont please tell me...I truly never mean to Hurt anyone. Even when I get a little rowdy!

I could care less what level anyone has. It's all about the personality and how honest I think any given person is.

Not really. Everyone has to start from level 1. That doesn't make them any less of a person.

The questions do not show people's ratings. I do not always look at ratings.

I don't respect people because of the number of countless hours spent collecting points on a website. Respect takes a lot more than that.

You cannot even see their rank in the Q & A. You would have to go to the profile page. I don't waste my time on things like that.

No, everyone is equal, the ones with a higher rank just spend more time on here. that does not require praise or respect, maybe pitty.
