No, If you want to see Fascism, just visit your local CEO of a Fortune 500 company. Nazism is still alive. Just ask your average Skin head or white supremist. Militarism is alive and well in North Korea. The way WWW II divided the Korean continent actually encouraged Militarism, I think. +5

It sure put a dent in it, but it did not rid the world of it. Right after the war the world was still sensitive to it, but not so much anymore. Time makes people forget how bad it was.
