Ah, but AB is for everyone. There are plenty of stimulating questions around here if you care to look, many still unanswered. Yes, there's a lot of "fluff", but the deep questions are asked too. (I could SWEAR I have more than "two brain cells"!) ;-)

it would probably be a good idea if you truly wanted to get only serious replies - I think the guy who asked about the Kester Solder product would appreciate it - he got very pissy when a jokey answer was given. As Big Daddy said AB is for everyone which means there's a wide audience out there to answer. I would like an alternative AB which only asks really silly, crazy and off-the-wall stuff, despite my billion brain cells - i come here to wind down the manic brain and hopefully have a laugh with other funny people. I do sometimes get serious, depends on the question.

No. How do you measure intelligence? Also, if you were so intelligent, wouldn't you be able to weed out the intelligent questions from this site alone anyway? Even on TV, there's so much crap on it, but not all of it is crap. An intelligent person knows how to weed the useful things out!

I am afraid this would get boring pretty soon. One step in this direction would be to use the setting "hide conversational questions". Another step would be to find those people and put only them in your friend list. Afterwards, you would just look at your friends's Q & A. Also, those people will probably not be found in some specific categories.
