Help answer this question below.
If I knew without a doubt it was in self defense, than yes. Never know when they may come in handy if you are being attacked and they are near by.
A lot of my close friends have shot people.
What would be the problem? I don't get it. If that person hadn't shot the other one I wouldn't be meeting them anyway. I just don't understand the question I guess.
sure! why not..
Well how about this:
Would you shoot another person ( in self defense ) ?
I would... =)
Of course, shooting someone isn't always bad and some have to do it. Don't you think soldiers have a lot of friends?
Of course I would be able to befriend with that person. He shot the other person for self defense and everybody will do the same.
i would definitely befriend them..this person had the courage to hurt someone while fearing for their life..i would do the same
Of course.
well in that case, he just choosed the right option and of course did the right thing...nobody would let himself be harmed or killed. so, of course yes..
Of course!
Of course I would. I certainly wouldn't judge them for it.
i would be unsure ,as the person has shot someone, and although in self defense ,it would be in the back of your mind, so first i would like to try and gain that persons trust and see how i feel further down the track,as it is a hard when you have that thought a person shot another ,and it is just that thought that will always make you think what really happened. and it is a reaction that most of us would have.good question ,and hard to answer.
it would be difficult if they didn't kill them. because shooting them only taught the threat to be more prepared when they attack people in the future making them a more serious threat to their future victims.
Why would it need to be in self defense? There's nothing wrong with shooting somebody that's annoying you, as long as you don't kill em.
of course i would. If they keep going on about how they shot someone and they start bragging about it THEN id stay away. But if not, then i really dont mind all to much. Life is life.
I have plenty of friends who have been in that position in Iraq and/or Afghanistan and would have no problem with a civilian who had to put one in somebody to defend themself or their loved ones.
sometimes people alter the truth for their own benefit. what he reports to me as self defense might be something he spent 10 years in prison for because he was defending himself from rival gang members who didn't want him selling heroin in their turf. so, listen, but, verify details for accuracy. if details were mis-reported to me, i probably wouldn't be inclined to continue friendship.
.
if he's been the beneficiary of insurance policies on previous 3 wives, i wouldn't become his 4th wife, no matter what.
.
if just shot in self defense, yes. if military, yes.
.
i would be tempted, however, to call before dropping by, definitely not surprising him at home.
well sure it was self defence! I would however be careful not to upset them in any way!!!
