1st December, and no sooner... although the Christmas countdown really starts for me on the weekend closest to the 12th, since this is when I put up the decorations.

It's already started for me. I have some gifts bought already and looking forward to early December when I can sit back and relax knowing it is done.

The local radio station is already teasing it'll go to all Christmas music anytime now, asking listeners for suggestions as to when officially start. I like the whole Black Thursday concept to start the whole shopping thing. As for music radio, just a song an hour or so after Thanksgiving, then go ahead to 24/7 from a week before to a a day after. Play winter seasonal songs, like Winter Wonderland, until a March 21.

After Thanksgiving. My shopping is already done (I start in January), so I don't have to think about it. I get to enjoy each holiday as it comes.
