I have an electric skillet that I've had since I was 19 years old that I hardly ever use. I've probably used it 20 times and none in the last 10 years. That's the number of times I've fried food and I used the electric skillet outside. I will not fry in the house.

Yes, I must admit. I love to buy kitchen gadgets. A mandolin, food processor, and we have one of those George Forman grills that we don't use either.

The hand blender is brought out on very rare occasions as is the perculator.

Yeah, a juicer from our wedding that hasn't been used once. There's other appliances I personally don't use very often, like the beater and the blender, but they're used by my wife ... I'm just not the one who bakes or makes soup in this house!
