well usually noodles IS my main dish. however, if noodles were not the main dish, i would probably choose fried rice. i dont like sticky rice, although it is easier to eat with chopsticks!

Noodles on the bottom, then rice, then dump the Chinese food on top of both.

i've never tried a chinese dish with noodles - maybe a mongolian restaurant once. i always liked rice. but, i'll have to try noodles!
