Yes, very much so. Someone really tried to show their dislike of your contribution but now matter how hard they tried, they could only -1 you. *chuckles, gets downrated repeatedly*
-
I grumble when I get -1. I complain when I get -3. I say "Good morning, Bob" when I get -5.
-
The "drive by" -1 makes me laugh.
-
Yes, actually, now I think about it. It has the same effect as a verbal warning as punishment for homocide
-
It makes me sad when I get downrated, I put alot of thought into answers and questions so it doenst offend people but when I get downrated I want to know why!!
-
I get perplexed. I don't expect to please everyone any of the time, but sometimes I am puzzled by a downrating. I wish people would say why...I know they won't but it doesn't stopme wishing anyway....
-
Yes it does, can't help but wonder how old they are. They can select helpful or not helpful but don't know how to post a comment or an answer themselves. What do you think 8 maybe 10 years old? Lol
-
I'll go ahead and be honest by answering with a "Yes." Lol =]
-
yeah it does, -1 , oh no maybe one day -2 ... oh no!
-
It doesn't bother me either way.
-
no, evil people downrate you and never give you an answer why..
-
Sometimes it does when you try to make a prank. Sometimes it's not funny when you put your heart into a answer.
-
Yes but sometimes not. Why do they downrate you when all your doing is giving your opinion out! It's like they know you or something.
-
Always.
-
Actually, it is funny, but it pisses me off more... they never leave a little note to accompany the slap. And I'm always left wondering, who the hell are you to down ME? But then I come to my senses. Once upon a time, for some of us not so long ago, we too had the mighty sword of -1 to wield. And I'm sure each of us used it in our own laughable manner at the time. I imagine most of us are getting our due.
-
I get as ticked off by the anonymous -1 as to the obvious -5 (hi Bob!), but I like to try and explain to these clearly newcomers that taking points off for disagreeing is not a good thing and will only train the sights of the Troll Baggers upon them....lol
-
It makes me laugh histerically. It makes me laugh thinking how mad they must be because they can only downrate me by 1 point. I don't get bothered by it, its only 1 point. I do get bothred by -3, -4 and -5's though, that's a lot of points to lose.
-
yeah it really does make me laugh. infact i almost added comments wherever my question or answer gets downrated saying "LOL". lol
-
just for laugh
-
Yeah a little, since it seems like I get downrated for my opinion when it's asked for, and not for whether or not my answer is 'helpful' or 'not...'. "Opinions are like A**holes, everybody has one!" And nobody's is any more important than anyone else's no matter how articulate or "informed" they may seem to be!
-
No, More of a puzzlement. Some people just don't always see the humor in some of the answers.
-
No way. It makes me rethink my strategy.
-
No, I feel like when I really try on an answer i shouldnt just be shot down or punished because someone doesn't like it.
-
Yes. I have other things to worry about...
-
sometimes lol
-
Nah , I don't give a s**t to be honest.
-
I chuckle at first then, it makes me think why? It doesn't get to me negatively, they had a reason(most of the time). It helps a lot, sometimes I revise my answer/question. Occasionally if it is an opinion I gave - I take it as feedback.
-
Yes. Especially if I ask an "outside the bag - crazy thoughts" question. It makes me laugh that people get so bent out of shape over just a silly website.
-
No. To discount the value of 1 is a mistake though. All those +1s from newbies kinda make me happy :)
-
no thats rude
-
Laugh? No...it doesn't bother me. I've never been trolled so I'm happy. :)
-
Laugh? No. but it does make me shake my head at the sad little trolls who get their "jollies" with their drive-by DRs.
-
Actually.... yes. lol!
-
It doesnt bother me at all, some people like being A- hole. I have been downrated a lot by the same people so I say go a head if it makes them feel better.
-
itzza a pisser !
-
I don't even look at the ratings most of the time.
-
I may not laugh but I always smile..I find it amusing..especially when I have been downrated for something so benign and non-threatening that anyone in his/her right mind wouldn't object...but, oh well, there are always those who object to everything because, well, because they just can, that's why..it makes them feel mighty important and powerful! :)
-
Every time. I smile and think 'how cute'. But my little once a week rash of -1's has now grown up to a weekly rash of -3's. I'm so proud that he/she is growing up.
-
Usually not. Usually, I am trying to help here, so I do not understand why I get negative points for my efforts. Sometimes, I have been making some fun in my question or answer, and I am not so surprized. But rather a little annoyed that someone did not get the joke, or did not like it. Anyway, you cannot be appreciated from everybody. This applies for any downratings that I get, by the way, not just -1. I regret that I don't give anyone this very possibility of having a good laugh, because I don't downrate myself...
-
No. As a beginner, I can only downrate people one point, but that doesn't mean my opinion is any less valid. I don't usually downrate people, though.
-
yes it does because IVE allways tryed my best and I love all my famely.
