  • Yes, my workload has increased lately and colleagues have been made redundant. I usually count in my head and try to control my breathing. I had the same scenario 10 years ago after a serious car crash. I used to get anxiety attacks whilst driving then and used the same strategy. I was advised to take medication then and hated the way it made me feel so I quit them. I reckon loads of people are like that at the moment with the uncertainty in the workplace and economic climate its very stressful +5
