Yes, my workload has increased lately and colleagues have been made redundant. I usually count in my head and try to control my breathing. I had the same scenario 10 years ago after a serious car crash. I used to get anxiety attacks whilst driving then and used the same strategy. I was advised to take medication then and hated the way it made me feel so I quit them.
I reckon loads of people are like that at the moment with the uncertainty in the workplace and economic climate its very stressful

You're reading Do you have anxiety daily? If so, how long does it last? How many times a day does it happen? Any certain time of day?

Sorry to hear that. My workload has become very great also. I wiork fulltime and go to grad school and always have a huge assignment due. I have six of them due in the next three weeks and am majorly stressing. I know how it is. If I can do anything to help your anxiety, let me know. Sometimes talking about it make it temporarily feel better. q:) +5

Hi Garster god you have got a lot on your plate, I am off this week and doing a spot of decorating and home improvement with a playful dog in tow lol. I am throwing myself into that at the moment. My boss is in Australia for the whole of December so I can only do what I do and to the best of my ability.Hopefully at the end of the week should be able wind down an admire what I have achieved at home, got to keep the momentum up - fingers crossed! Just having a well earned tea break!
Take care and good luck with your assignments.
