Question

My daughter's 12 and has straight sandy brown hair (really light brown) and I'm letting her get highlights. She doesn't know what color. She has a light skintone and freckles- if that matters. She's also a little shy but's crazy about looking good. Ideas?

a few light blonde highlights & some chocolate lowlights would give her hair great dimension.
if you're going to a salon, you can always ask them for their opinion.
