If a bank commtis fraud, what do you do against it? Better yet, is there anything U can do against a bank or would you better shut up?

    Contact a licensed attorney in your community, and ask him or her your question.

    Just make certain that you can conclusively PROVE your allegations, beyond any reasonable doubt.

    Banks have attorneys who do nothing but come up with ways to defend their actions in a courtroom.

    That's why they are paid the big buck$.

    Why would you shut up? They made a boo boo, call them on it. Get a lawyer and a good one. If you are right the bank has to pay the attorney.

    Call the Attorney General's Office in your state as well as getting your own attorney if you can.
