Banks have attorneys who do nothing but come up with ways to defend their actions in a courtroom. That's why they are paid the big buck$. +6

Call the Attorney General's Office in your state as well as getting your own attorney if you can.

Why would you shut up? They made a boo boo, call them on it. Get a lawyer and a good one. If you are right the bank has to pay the attorney.
