Why would you shut up? They made a boo boo, call them on it. Get a lawyer and a good one. If you are right the bank has to pay the attorney.
Call the Attorney General's Office in your state as well as getting your own attorney if you can.

okay, a seriously a better answer then I expected but what I do not know is what are the cost of that advice since (although I did not happen to me) you have to think about people that lost allmost all of there money. But still and anyway big +!(sorry, 2 is al I can do)
