if all hes doing is using his finger and you go dry then hes doing it wrong. if he keeps on going such that you are dry and also hurt, hes doing it really wrong. i suggest you tell him if hes going too fast or rough for your tastes. you might try some indirect contact (over panties, or outer labia, for instance). if he is ignoring your cues, because hes 'too horny' then hes a douchebag and you should dump him.

if you are concerned with UTI's, being too rough and going too fast down there is a good way to get a UTI, especially if he gets tired of wanking you with his finger and decides to stuff his silly prick in. and its way easier for girls to get utis than boys, so if hes being a retard with just his finger you can be sure its not going to get any better as he gets more anxious to try more.
