Just about, but he could still be effective in THE RIGHT system if you look at when shaq's numbers is low it's when he was in a system that didn't need him like phoenix and cleveland. When he went to miami they needed a POST presence. Cleveland and phoenix needed hybrid 3's and 4's like a hedo turkalou or rashad lewis because if you looked at last year orlando didnt kill the cavs with their center it was the small and power forward positions that killed them.
