No, global climate change is not propaganda. The propaganda was created by right-wing extremists with their own agenda. The opposition is entirely political. Al Gore collected data from 100s of real scientists (climatologists, not political hacks) and summarized it all in a movie. Yep. The science behind it is seriously flawed yet they keep pushing. Worse is they have to keep adapting to create new ways to scare people. CLIMATE CHANGE...it's fool proof. The one thing that's is for sure is this. Climate change is at least real. The problem is the Climate has changed ever since the climate first formed. CO2 levels rise and fall. Temps go up and down. Some years have more hurricanes, some have less. There is nothing new here yet we are to believe that because Al Gore calls most Americans the equivalent of "people who think the world is flat" we are supposed to Bicycle to work and use 2 sheets of toilet paper a week to "save mother earth" I, for one, have had enough. I will do anything that is responsible to the planet if it is convenient enough for me. But I refuse to believe that anything I have done has done anything to cause irreparable damage to the Earth. And another thing I wonder is this. Why is noone planning on adapting to the promised climate change. This would probably cost a lot less time and effort and have much bigger rewards. No I don't. The fact is that we've only been studying global climate change for a few decades. Not nearly long enough to know the reality of the situation on EITHER side of the argument. the fact is that Al Gore uses records from the 1800's. When measuring a change in SINGLE degree's how can we be sure those measurements weren't off? Even a 2 degree shift, can throw all your calculations out the window. As for the opposing side? They're using the exact same figures in the exact opposite way, so who's to say which politically biased paid expert is right...or if either of them are? Therefore, we must conclude that the jury is still out on GCC. On a side note however, one must weigh the risks of being right vs. being wrong. If Gore is right action now could help save our species, if he's wrong, we've wasted time and money. So I say push a green agenda until we know one way or the other.

I believe global warming exists. I refuse to believe it's manmade. I do think there are a lot of "green" manufacturers taking advantage of it. I also think too many people like Al Gore refuse to admit those with a differing point of view might be right.

The Earth has been warming up slightly over the last 200 years ... after cooling for 700 ... after warming up for 300, after cooling for 500 ... and so on for the last 8000 years. The fact is that the world was slightly warmer in the year 1000 than it is now, and as warm in the year 1 as it is now. Also, the sun is burning brighter now than at any time in its history; the increased radiation and solar wind break down the chemicals in the upper atmosphere that are necessary for cloud formation, causing clearer skies and a greater incidence of sunlight and greater oceanic warming. Now the ideas that global warming is manmade and can only be reversed by: (a) a global totalitarian mega-state, (b) the abolition of modern industrial civilization (i.e., the very thing that keeps 7 billion of us alive), or (c) the implementation of various (and expensive (i.e., resource wasting)) "green technologies", are all primarily propaganda, not that many of the propagandists don't believe it themselves.

Yes, of course, it is really a trillion issue, a lot of propaganda around, and still it is an obvious fact - the planet is warming. The reasons and the course of actions are much less obvious and, naturally, subjects for speculations.

No. Right or wrong, the Global Warning scare preceded the environment companies. The companies were produced by the scare, not vice versa. You cannot reverse cause and effect. And the scare continues, despite the fact that there are more, bigger, and more experienced companies who fear and disagree with the Global Warming theory than who welcome and will benefit from it. You can disagree with the theory (I do not), but you cannot blame it on conspiracy. A lot of honourable and honest people are seriously worried (as wall as, probably, a number of rogues and opportunists, who will accompany any cause).

Global warming is a load of crap. People keep saying, "I don't know if it is man-Made, but it is a fact that the Earth is warming" Where do they get this from? The warmest year on record was 1998, and it has been getting cooler since. North America broke low temperature record last year, and this past summer was the coolest in 15 years. The big global warming international emergency summit last year had to be canceled because of a snow storm. If it rains to much we are told it is Global Warming. If it is a drought we are told it is global warming. If it is too hot we are told it is Global Warming. If it is too cold we are told it is Global Warming. How stupid do they think we are? If Gore is so sure of his scientific research then why does he only do speeches to people who agree with him and will never ever debate anyone who doesn't. Gores fortune has quadrupled since he took on his Climate Crusade. While at the same time causing a carbon footprint so large in just one month it would take a family of four over a year to generate. Hypocrite. Notice it is not called "Global Warming" anymore It is now "Climate Change". They had to change it because people were catching on., but there are still some lemmings who will go right over the cliff because they are told to follow the "Green" crowd.

Yes and No. Do I believe global warming is happening? Yes. Do I believe it's man-made? No. Humans contribute about 3% of greenhouse gasses. The temperature of the earth has fluctuated throughout history. E.G. The Medieval warm period. I believe it's a natural process. I think the main issue is people seem to think the Sun burns at a constant temperature, It doesn't. as the reactions change, The temperature fluctuates. Hence the reason the temperature of the moon and Mars is increasing at the same rate as that of the earth. Obviously you will get a lot of people, denying this, and comparing you to a holocaust denier or something crazy like that.. the sad truth is people really DO believe everything they see on TV. The majority of people answering this question have not researched it at all. They are just blindly reciting all the propaganda they hear on the news, propaganda that they are constantly blasted with, Day in, day out. These are the same sorts of people that believe Cannabis will make you crazy, and listening to rap music will make you a killer. These people are the sheep of society, Thinking what they are TOLD to think, not taking the time to actually look into facts and form their own opinion.
