Islam is a type of religion and one whom practices it is referred to as a Muslim.Islam is practiced by people of all cultures.An Arab is a culture or race of people mostly associated with parts of the middle east and desert areas.

Muslims are people who practice Islam. The Arab world covers most of Northern Africa and part of the Middle East. Many Arabs practice Islam, but many are also Christians, Jews, etc. Arab world is only a part of the Muslim world."
