the answer for your second queston is to call someone to help you with it if you are at a casino.

your security battery is low, it is a cr2032 on the mainboard the hopper can be refilled via the refill key this will cancell the hopper empty alarm, dont forget to dump the hopper so the nachine can count the coins if too many people are using this machine for change then disable the note reader for a while
