My wife wants to go change her last name to my last name, and have her lisences also changed to my last name. How much would it cost to do that?

Not as much as a divorce will if you don't agree to do this.:):) Really, not that much.

The only costs will be for any application fee! First go to Social Security (no charge here) with the marriage license; then to motor vehicles, which will charge you for whatever a license costs in your state. Then as the bills come in, she should mark the box for an 'update' and put in her new last name which these will not have a charge.
