Help answer this question below.
Humans did "kick in" as best and as fast as they could. Unfortunately it takes a human about 2-3 minutes to process a flight plan. That is why NADIN was developed to do the job in about 2 seconds. NADIN is an antiquated network, and has proven to be the Achilles heel of commercial air travel on many occasions. You want it fixed? Tell your Congressman to skim a few million out of that next Billion he has earmarked for Israel, and fix the computer networks we rely on at home. But wait, then AIPAC would label him as anit-semitic. Ok, I understand his priorities.
The people who could help are either:
1. Too afraid to accept responsibility and do something. (fear of job loss or lawsuit)
2. Too lazy to do anything.
3. Too stupid to do anything.

You're reading Flights canceled and delayed due to computer error. People still waiting in airports 24 hours later. Why the hell can't they get humans to kick in? Serious question.
