I wouldn't think she could get pregnant if he has been casturated, maybe it is just a false pregnancy.
Actually, she could be pregnant. Many vets suggest not allowing a newly castrated male around females in season for at least 2 months after the procedure. Your best vet is to have a vet palpate her stomach and check. Good luck!
I would say false pregnancy too...she'll show signs of being pregnant but really isn't... dichihuahua
