Yes, it does. I am in the Mid-West. It is much cooler here then it should be. There is even talk of snow which usually does not occur here in October.

lows in the 20s. winter stayed longer a year ago... damn this global warming!!!!

They are calling for snow here in PA by Tuesday and most of next week. Yes it is early, but not unheard of.

Let's just hope it doesn't hang on like last year!

Not here it's not. It's mid Oct and still mid 80s except at night. At night it's still about 65.
