Help answer this question below.

My sister did not tell me of my fathers passing, tried to stop me from seeing him to say goodbye.Now she is planning on putting his ashes in the grave of his mother and grandfather and i only found this out from a family member. Can she do this

She has no right to. Your family, your entitled to hear what he has to say on his deathbed and what you wanna tell him before he goes.
