3 days a week I get from 4 to 6 hours at night to sleep...which is nice. The rest of the week, as I work nights, I get 3-4 hours during the day.

I wish!! I'm lucky if I get 5-6 hours a night, without waking up. If I am able to get a full night's sleep, it's amazing at how much better I feel.

I never get a full nights sleep. I sleep during the day. Even on my nights off, I can't fall asleep at night. There are times I don't fall asleep until 4 am. The internet is a great companion during those nights.
