Why is there a disclaimer on the AllState Auto Insurance commercials that says "Not available in all states"?

    Due to state laws that make the over all cost to high for the to make big bucks. Auto insurance laws are odd you may be covered under one state but very lacking in others. You have the no fault states that make the over all price of insurance high.
